JSC "Idamas" together with their partners JSC "Leksinova" and JSC "Konferenta" have successfully finished the "Creation and implementation of E-Democracy means for the residents’ involvement in the democratic processes“ project.

During the project implementation, new electronic democracy system, that includes identification of residents mechanism, publication of law drafts and monitoring mechanism, members’ of city council reports publication tool, residents voting tool, e.petition module and other electronic tools for a communication between residents and city municipality, has been created.

With the help of E-Democracy means in the Vilnius city municipality, we implemented the communication of Vilnius citizens and municipal co-administration bodies, developed an effective means of public awareness and participation in decision-making and law drafting process. With the help of E-Democracy measures, we prevent the manipulation of public opinion, ensuring citizens' direct participation in addressing key issues of urban life in Vilnius.
